We do not accept refunds. For purchases with no defects, exchanges only are offered under the conditions below.
Change of mind (exchanges)
We accept exchanges within 15 days from the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
1. Proof of purchase must be provided
2. The item must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase
3. It must show no physical damage
4. No hardware or software modifications must have been made
5. Serial numbers and security seals must be intact
6. New items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all accessories and manuals
Online purchase
Before proceeding with an exchange return, you must obtain email confirmation stating that your request has been approved. To request approval, please write to us via our contact form. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
